The Website and the products offered through it are operated, marketed, distributed and/or sold by the Company having its registered office at the address stated on the Website ("Fresh Auraa", "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our").
By accessing the Website, browsing its contents, creating an account, placing an order or purchasing any product through the Website, you ("Customer", "User", "You" or "Your") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund Policy and any other policies displayed on the Website.

1About Fresh Auraa
Fresh Auraa is a consumer-facing brand offering home-care, household, cleaning, personal-care and allied products through its Website and other authorised sales channels.
Fresh Auraa may source products from independent third-party manufacturers under separate manufacturing, private-label, white-label, supply or similar commercial arrangements. Accordingly, certain products sold under the Fresh Auraa brand may be manufactured by third-party manufacturing entities and thereafter marketed, packaged, labelled and/or sold under the Fresh Auraa brand.
The identity of the manufacturer, wherever applicable, may be disclosed on the product packaging, label, invoice or other legally required product information.
2Third-Party / White-Label Manufacturing
Fresh Auraa may engage third-party manufacturers for the manufacture, formulation, processing, filling, packaging or other production-related activities associated with products sold under the Fresh Auraa brand.
The appointment of a third-party manufacturer shall not, by itself, alter the contractual relationship between Fresh Auraa and the Customer in relation to a purchase made through the Website.
As between Fresh Auraa and its third-party manufacturers, the concerned manufacturer shall be responsible, to the extent provided under the applicable manufacturing/white-label agreement and applicable law, for matters relating to:
- The actual manufacture of the product, including the manufacturing process, formulation or specifications provided by the manufacturer
- Manufacturing quality control, production standards and batch-level quality
- Manufacturing defects, manufacturing-related safety issues
- Applicable manufacturing licences, certifications and approvals
- Accuracy of manufacturing records and information supplied by such manufacturer
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or restricting any right or remedy available to a Customer under applicable law.
3Responsibility for Product Manufacture
Fresh Auraa shall endeavour to source products only from manufacturers and suppliers considered suitable for the relevant product category.
However, the actual manufacture of white-labelled products may be undertaken by an independent third-party manufacturer. Fresh Auraa does not represent that it physically manufactures every product sold under the Fresh Auraa brand.
Where any manufacturing defect, contamination, formulation defect, manufacturing deviation, defective batch, manufacturing-related safety issue, incorrect manufacturing information or other manufacturing-related deficiency is attributable to the third-party manufacturer, Fresh Auraa shall be entitled to take appropriate action against such manufacturer, including seeking replacement, corrective action, reimbursement, damages, costs, expenses and indemnification, as applicable.
4Manufacturer's Indemnification Obligation
Where a third-party manufacturer is responsible for any manufacturing-related defect, deficiency, non-compliance, claim, loss, damage, penalty, expense or liability arising from products manufactured by it, the manufacturer shall, pursuant to the applicable manufacturing/white-label agreement, indemnify and hold Fresh Auraa harmless to the extent contractually agreed and legally permissible.
Such indemnification may include, without limitation:
- Claims arising from manufacturing defects
- Claims relating to defective batches
- Manufacturing-related product safety issues
- Failure to manufacture products in accordance with agreed specifications
- Inaccurate or incomplete manufacturing information supplied by the manufacturer
- Breach of applicable manufacturing, quality-control or certification obligations
- Product recall expenses attributable to the manufacturer's acts or omissions
- Reasonable legal and professional expenses incurred by Fresh Auraa in defending or addressing a manufacturing-related claim
- Losses arising from regulatory action attributable to the manufacturer's manufacturing activities
- Any other liability expressly allocated to the manufacturer under the applicable manufacturing or white-label agreement
5Product Information
Fresh Auraa endeavours to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, ingredients, usage instructions, features, benefits, quantities, packaging details and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and updated.
However, minor variations may occur between the product displayed on the Website and the actual product received due to packaging changes, printing variations, manufacturer updates, batch variations or changes made by the relevant manufacturer, provided that such variation does not materially alter the product or violate applicable requirements.
6Product Safety and Usage
Products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions, warnings, precautions and directions provided on the product packaging, label or accompanying material.
Customers shall not use any product for a purpose other than the purpose for which it is intended or represented.
Fresh Auraa shall not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, unauthorised alteration, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, use contrary to warnings or use for an unintended purpose, except to the extent such exclusion is not permissible under applicable law.

7Ingredients, Formulations and Manufacturing Information
Where ingredients, formulation details, specifications, certifications, testing information or other product-related information are displayed on the Website, such information is provided based on information available to Fresh Auraa from the relevant product/manufacturing source.
Fresh Auraa shall take reasonable steps to ensure that material product information supplied by manufacturers and displayed by Fresh Auraa is accurate.
The concerned manufacturer shall remain responsible, as between the manufacturer and Fresh Auraa, for the accuracy and authenticity of manufacturing-related information, certifications, test reports, batch records and other documents supplied by it.
8Product Availability
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Fresh Auraa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend or restrict the availability of any product at any time.
Where an order has been accepted but the ordered product subsequently becomes unavailable, Fresh Auraa may cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
9Product Prices

12Shipping and Delivery
Fresh Auraa presently offers PAN-India delivery, subject to serviceability and other operational limitations. The Website currently represents that free shipping is available across India without a minimum purchase requirement.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Website or communicated to Customers are estimates and may vary due to factors including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses, force majeure events, logistical disruptions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Customer shall be responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and other information necessary for successful delivery. Fresh Auraa shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
13Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect the package and product upon delivery. If the package appears materially damaged, tampered with or otherwise compromised, the Customer should document the condition of the package and contact Fresh Auraa customer support as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where a product is received damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, the Customer should contact Fresh Auraa within the applicable period prescribed under the Return/Refund Policy.
14Returns, Replacement and Refunds
Fresh Auraa currently provides that where a product arrives damaged or does not match its description, the Customer should contact customer support within 7 days from delivery for appropriate resolution.
The specific eligibility requirements, documentation, photographs/videos, return procedure, inspection process, replacement procedure and refund mechanism shall be governed by the Return/Refund Policy published on the Website.

Fresh Auraa may request product photographs, batch numbers, packaging information, invoices, videos or other information reasonably required for investigation.
Where the issue is determined to arise from manufacturing activities attributable to the third-party manufacturer, Fresh Auraa shall be entitled to pursue the manufacturer's contractual obligations, including replacement, reimbursement, corrective action and indemnification.
22Product Recall and Corrective Action
Where Fresh Auraa becomes aware of a material product safety concern, manufacturing defect, regulatory concern or other issue requiring corrective action, Fresh Auraa may, as appropriate:
- Suspend sale of the affected product or batch
- Contact affected Customers
- Request return of affected products
- Arrange replacement or refund
- Coordinate with the relevant manufacturer
- Initiate or participate in a product recall
- Take any other action reasonably necessary to address the issue
The relevant third-party manufacturer shall provide reasonable assistance and bear the manufacturing-related costs and liabilities allocated to it under the applicable manufacturing/white-label agreement.
23Indemnification by Customer
To the extent permitted by law, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Fresh Auraa, its officers, employees, representatives and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising from:
- The Customer's breach of these Terms
- Unlawful use of the Website
- Fraudulent or unauthorised use of the Customer's account
- Misuse of products
- Violation of the rights of any third party
24Privacy
Fresh Auraa may collect, process, use and store personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, the Customer acknowledges that personal information may be processed for purposes including order processing, payment, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, communication and other legitimate business purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
25Account Security
Where an account-registration facility is provided, the Customer shall maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and shall be responsible for activities conducted through the Customer's account, except where caused by circumstances beyond the Customer's reasonable control.
The Customer shall immediately notify Fresh Auraa if unauthorised access to the account is suspected.
26Suspension and Termination
